Tracking
All orders have a tracking code, which is also in the fulfillment email that you will receive as soon as the parcel has been sent out. If you didn’t get this email even a couple days after you have placed your order, please also check your junk mail folder. If it is not there, you can request it to be sent again via info@dachshund-couture.com . Please, track your parcel on www.deutschepost.de . There is often a link to the site of the local post tracking service where you can track it in your language. You can also track your parcel directly from your country’s local post site with the same tracking code. If you didn’t receive your parcel in a long time and haven’t tracked it and the parcel has been sitting at your local post office waiting for pick up, they will send it back to us again after seven days. If we have to send it back out again when it came back to us, we will kindly have to ask you to pay again for shipping.

Custom taxesThe customer is responsible for the payment of customs taxes and the amount is calculated according to the law applicable in the country where goods are sent.
We don’t know the amount of customs taxes that will be communicated to you by the carrier after the goods have reached their destination.
In the event that the taxes are not paid and the shipment is refused or abandoned as a result, the shipment expenses and the customs taxes will be deduced from the total amount of the order and only the difference will be reimbursed.
RETURN POLICY
If you wish to return your purchase made on our website or would like to exchange for a different size or product, please go to https://dachshund-couture.com/pages/returns to initiate the return. If you have any trouble doing these, please contact us via email at returns@dachshund-couture.com . We're happy to assist you with finding a better size and with the return process.
All goods must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery, to receive an exchange or refund (less postage and packaging).
For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us by registered post or special delivery. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. Proof of posting will assist you in tracking any shipment which is reported as lost, damaged, mislaid or otherwise undelivered.
Note: If you received free shipping and return your full order an additional 5,50 € (GER) or 7,50€ (worldwide) shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Note for Germany: If you received free shipping for an order of more than 99€ and send back parts of the order so that the worth is below the 99€ we deduct 5,50€ from the refund for shipping. Also if you send back the full order.
If you wish to receive the article in a different size or style, please place a new order. If you have any questions e.g. regarding sizing, please feel free to ask them in your return request email or send an email to johanna@dachshund-couture.com . We are always happy to help you!
If you wish to exchange your order to another size or style we kindly ask you to send the product you want to return back to the address given to you during the return process and make a new purchase in our online store in the size/style you wish for. Your previously ordered item(s) will be refunded asap when the parcel arrives with us. You can also choose to receive a store credit which will be sent as a Code to you via email. Please, make sure you will get a proof of posting!
PLEASE NOTE MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED UNLESS FAULTY!
PLEASE NOTE- return shipping charges for all items from the 'last chance' category must be covered by customer.
Any goods returned incomplete, in worn or used condition will not be replaced or refunded.
Please note that refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment.
Faulty goods
All goods are checked thoroughly before leaving for their destination.
On the rare occasion that you may receive goods that are faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us within 28 days of delivery and we will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Damage & Loss in transit
Dachshund Couture does not accept liability for any delays or damages once the goods have left us and are in possession of the carriers.
Goods should be inspected on receipt of delivery, and damages to be advised in writing within 3 working days of delivery, so that we can arrange replacement goods and start following up with our carrier.
If you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the carrier.
Prices
Dachshund Couture reserves the right to alter prices at any time, without prior notice.
Orders & PaymentDachshund Couture use Stripe payments system and Paypal, a secure online payment method allowing you to pay with your Paypal account or a debit or credit card (without registering for a Paypal account). Once payment has been authorized, Dachshund Couture will send you an email confirming your order.
You will be notified within 1-2 working days, if any goods ordered are out of stock.
In the event the customer cannot pay via Paypal or Credit Card, Dachshund Couture can also accept Bank Transfers as an alternative payment method, please get in touch via info@dachshund-couture.com.
All orders are subject to acceptance and to availability of the goods ordered.
Governing law
Each and every transaction carried out is deemed to be completed within Germany and therefore shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with German Law.
Risk & Retention of title
Under normal circumstances, goods must be paid for prior to dispatch and the risk of loss, breakage and damage and all other risks shall pass to the customer when the goods have been dispatched.
Goods shall remain the property of Dachshund Couture until payment in full has been received and cleared. In the event of any default in payment the company reserves the right to reclaim the goods concerned.
Confidentiality
We take all reasonable precautions to keep information supplied to us by customers strictly confidential. We do not supply our 'mailing information' to third parties but do use it to advise our clients of goods and services we feel may be of interest to them, unless expressly instructed otherwise.
Information supplied to us may be stored on a computer system, but will not be supplied to any outside agency.
